The Atomos Ninja is a professional 5.2" on-camera HDR monitor and recorder that brings cinema-grade workflow to any shoot. Supporting DCI 4K HDMI inputs and recording up to 6K ProRes RAW, the Ninja combines compact portability with rock-solid performance. Its familiar form factor works seamlessly with existing Atomos accessories—so you can drop it into your rig without missing a beat.
At the heart of the Ninja is a 5.2" SuperAtom IPS touchscreen with 1920x1080 resolution and 1000 cd/m² peak brightness. Engineered for clear daylight viewing, the AtomHDR processing engine delivers real-time Log to PQ/HLG previewing and faithfully renders over 10 stops of dynamic range. Calibrite Display Pro/Plus support and Rec.709 gamut coverage ensure color-accurate monitoring straight out of the box.
Powered by AtomOS 11, the Ninja unlocks a suite of advanced monitoring tools. Focus Peaking, Zoom, ARRI False Color, EL Zone exposure, Safe Areas, RecordAssist, PlayBackAssist, SegmentPro, and Cine Guides are all available at a tap. Whether you’re fine-tuning exposure, framing anamorphic shots, or logging clips, AtomOS 11 takes the friction out of your day.
Connectivity is comprehensive and future-proof. Dual HDMI 2.0 ports support 4K 60 fps input/output, while over 55 cameras are compatible for ProRes RAW up to 6K 30 fps. Media is recorded directly to SSDmini or Master Caddy II/III drives, and optional AtomX SSDmini delivers up to 4 TB and blazing write speeds for marathon shoots.
